I have a profound belief that the client deserves to have his or her real estate affairs handled by the agent himself and not just be passed on to assistants. After all this is your home and your money,shouldn't you expect to deal directly with the individual who impressed you enough to entrust your home to in the first place. As your agent for sales, you will find I don't list and leave. As your agent for purchases I work at your speed and I am with you all the way. Even when you go to sign the papers at escrow, I'll be by your side to answer any final questions.

To that end, when agreeing to market homes, I know the best way to achieve that goal is to maintain a limited inventory of homes for sale which in turn allows for me and me alone to take care of all the important details regarding my lisitings.

You owe it to yourself to see all the tools I have to offer. The marketing plan I use is designed to sell your home, not test the waters. Many of the tools used are exclusive to me. Upon review, you will see it is definitely a proactive approach to selling.

I will make the experience both pleasant and empowering for you. You will be familiar with all the forms you will see before we shop. You will know about loans, closing costs, and the all important price value relationship as it applies to the home of your choice. That means when you decide on a home I will price out the neigborhood for you so you can make an informed offer supported by facts not just a guess, or worse yet an offer based on what the listing agent says is a correct offer. Remember the listing agent works for the seller not the buyer!
Information and access are key to a successful purchase. As an agent, when acting on behalf of you the buyer, I will give you access to all homes on the market, including for sale by owners. And since my fee for services is paid from the proceeds of the sale, all of your money can work for you towards your purchase.

As part of the service I provide to both sellers and buyers, is access to a group of highly skilled professionals for loans, escrow, inspections, insurance, and other service provider necessary to complete the transaction.
